Located between the picturesque small village of Majanicho, and the multiethnic town of Lajares, it is the perfect base to quickly reach the best surf, kitesurf and windsurf spots on the north of the island.
The complex (newly constructed) is formed of 2 villas with a private pool.
It has 1500 m2 of private gardens, and 160 m2 of first-floor terraces with panoramic views of the imposing Calderon Hondo volcano. Which makes MAAR a modern and bright space of calm and relaxation.

days. The studio is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room area, making it an
ideal solution for families and/or couples.

For those groups of up to 8 people, who want to enjoy an exclusive vacation, we offer the lower floor of one of our two villas. Provided with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and living room with TV. The 4 double bedrooms (2 superior and 2 standards) are equipped with a private bathroom and private access and terrace from the communal garden. You will also enjoy the swimming pool.
*The panoramic studio is not included in the rental.

The villas can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people (+4) to respect their privacy, we offer multiple solutions, our bedrooms have been designed to make your vacation comfortable and unforgettable, for this reason, each room has a private bathroom, a private outdoor space and a reserved outdoor area where you can relax and rejuvenate.
These are the available rooms in both villas:
4 superior double rooms: On our lower floor you will find our most spacious double room, equipped with a private bathroom, TV, desk and private access to the outdoor area. Each room has an outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs.
4 standard double rooms: Also on the lower floor you will find this room with a double bed or two individual beds, a private bathroom and private access from the communal area. Each room has an outdoor space equipped with tables and chairs.
Panoramic Studio
On the upper floor, for those who want to enjoy an exclusive vacation, we offer the panoramic studio, provided with an equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, and an 80 m2 private terrace with a Lajare’s volcanoes views and with a sea view on the clearest days. The studio is also equipped with a double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room area, Which is the perfect solution for families and couples.
